My headphone order "In Production"

Let me start off by saying I am thoroughly concerned. I ordered a pair of Skullcandy Crusher headphones through the dell website, and thinking my order would process and then ship, I am now learning of this "In Production" message. I cannot fathom the reason for this, since I can just go on Amazon and pay a little extra for shipping and have anything arrive within 2 days. To any customer service assistants : Don't take this as a hostile or angry message, I just would like to know how long something like this lasts/when I will get my item :)
