On 7 April 2019, I made an online order for Dell Inspiron 7572 laptop from India. While I received an order acknowledgement email immediately with an "Internet Receipt(IR) Number" and an "Order Number", I never received a Confirmation Email. This means that I do not have a Customer Number meaning that I can not add the purchase to my account, can not get an invoice or a packing slip, etc. Is there any way for me to get access to my Customer Number using my Order Number or the Internet Receipt Number? Failing that, can I be sent the Confirmation Email again which I have not yet received?
