Never received promo card

I pre order metal gear solid 5 back on the second of September and was supposed to get a 25 dollar e gift card I have sent email to Customer service but never got a response I don't understand never had to wait this long I have pre order games from dell before and always got the promo code before the twenty days it has already been forty days poor service this time
