New Dell laptop with Overheating issue

Hi,

I have received  Dell Inspiron 3558 Z565110SIN92 2016 15.6-inch Laptop (5th Core i5-5200U/4GB/1TB/Windows 10/2GB Graphics), Black model from Amazon on 1st May, 2017. when I put this laptop on charge, immediately I found overheating issue and burning smell from air vents.

I have wasted almost 2 days now chasing DELL customer care and Amazon people for the same.

Yesterday Dell executive is done troubleshooting on laptop and also given me confirmation that laptop is having overheating problem as GPU temperature went to 70 degree C.

Now Amazon is asking to get DOA letter or Job sheet or Request of Service Denial letter from dell so I have contacted below listed 2 Dell authorized service centres, but both of them denied to provide any written proof of this problem.

Details of Service centers:

1. Dell Authorized Service Centre: Shop No.2, Ground Floor, Laxmi Keshav Apartment , Dr. Ramesh Pradhan Marg, Near New English School, Talav Pali, Thane West, Thane, Maharashtra 400602

2. Dell Authorized Service Centre: A/336 - 101, 1st Floor, Aisha Manzil, S.V. Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053.

Also I have spoken to many customer care executives from Dell and written many emails but they are not responding me with correct information.

My product information is

* Serial number       :  

* Defect information: Overheating and Burning smell

* Place of purchase: Amazon.in
* Date of purchase:  28/04/2017

I paid money for new laptop and I dont want any part replacement suggestions at all. Please provide me full replacement or refund.

When you will solve my issue with full integrity?
