No Customer Number

Heya,

So I made 2 distinct Orders recently (onver a week ago, one has shipped already) that don't show up in my account.

In order to link them to my account, I need to input my customer number, yet both e-mails I received have NO customer number. 

Thus I am stuck in a loop where I don't see my order (unless I use the link from my e-mail), and I can't contact customer about it because I have "no orders".

Help me break this curse?
