No chat or e-mail for my product?

I recently bought an Inspiron 660.  I managed to hork my Win8 OS about two days later and I need to re-install.  Following the advice of a Dell rep on this board, I followed a link to order disks with the OS.  The link was specifically for Windows 7, but I still filled out the order information and noted in the comments that this was for Windows 8 and I included a link to conversation pointing me to the order page.

That was last week and I never got an e-mail confirming my disk order and I can't seem to find any indication that the order was placed.  I want to either chat or e-mail the support team to find  out the status and re-place the order if I need to.   When I try to chat, it says that chat for my product is busy.  They suggest I e-mail, but then I get a message saying that e-mail support is not available for my product.  Short of just trying chat over and over, any ideas on how to see if my disks were ordered?
