Order Being Delayed Run-Around
Purchased a Sennheiser GSP 500 headset on Tue. June 5th. A couple days go by and nothing has shipped even though the order was processed and confirmed within a day. I contact support that Thursday and they tell me that my order will ship the following Monday, June 11th. Monday June 11th comes and goes with nothing being shipped so I contact support again on Tuesday June 12th. I'm told the same thing I was the last week. My order will ship the following Monday June 18th. Well today June 16th I get an automated text message from Dell, (the first time they have contacted me to let me know something about my order). The Text says that my order has been delayed and it won't be shipping until the 27th. What is going on Dell? The item shows as being in stock and ready to sell on your website. Why is my order being delayed? My account was already charged for the product, everything has been processed and confirmed. This is getting ridiculous. When I order things, it's because I need them and would like to get them in a timely manner. This is why 2-day shipping was selected. I did not order a product and select, "Ship it in a Month". I feel like I am getting the run-around here. Fix this Please.
