Order Issue/Getting the run around
On Sep 13, 2015 I purchased an Alienware 15, Alienware Amplifier, two monitors, keyboard/mouse, and a video card. I received everything but the laptop. When I ordered everything, I was under the impression that I would have everything prior to 5 October so I could start school. No laptop. I have been a Dell customer since 2001 and NEVER had the run around that I am getting now. The laptop order was cancelled in the first week of October because of some missing part. I was told that the order was put back in under a different order number and I would get it by 20 Oct. Guess what, still no laptop and I was just told the order might be cancelled again because of a missing part. Really, then why sale the laptop if Dell does not have the parts. My longest phone call was 3 hours and transferred 13 times. I am getting tired of this. Now if I order another Alienware laptop it will take even longer to get but if I don't order it then the amplifier is worthless. I would like to talk to someone that can actually help me or put a fire under someone's rear end, I am almost half tempted to drive to Round Rock, TX to talk to someone. Can anyone help?

I am getting the same runaround. Ordered an Alienware 17 on September 22nd, expected delivery October 19. Order cancelled with no explanation. New delivery date scheduled for October 30. Now I am being told November 9. I have never had this much of an issue with Dell.
