I placed two orders for an Alienware monitor yesterday.

I recieved the first order confirmation successfully and then cancelled the order (wrong item).

I then made the second order immediately afterwards but have not recieved an order confirmation - I only have the Internet Receipt.

How do I verify that the order has been received?

The UK telephone numbers have not allowed me to verify this information, and I ended up being redirected to a US phone tree system with no options for this scenario.
