Order Number: Not yet assigned, #30
Placed an order for dell vostro 5401 on 9 August 2020 via credit card. The order amount was debited immediately but i have not recieved an order number yet. I have the IRN number with me. Contacting support via phone has been a horrible experience. I hope the matter will get resolved here.

I had a similar experience with support on phone.
Update: Received my order number the same day I posted my complaint on dell community. Kudos to dell community forum.
