This same exact issue happened to me:
It's disheartening to see 4 years later this for whatever reason continues to happen. I don't understand how Dell can charge customers credit cards and then just out-of-the-blue cancel orders. I received no calls, nothing. I'm done with Dell, I can't trust this company anymore. They can take my money and just randomly not deliver. I guess it's back to HP or Lenovo.
