I made a purchase on March 8,2020 using my dell reward and card details. Initially it said delivery date as 03/11/2020. But, when I checked the order stats it showed processing. Since then I have called the customer care and sales department 5-6 times and each time they said that they would cancel my order so that I can re order again. But till date it has not been cancelled and no one seems to give me a clear solution. Can anyone help me?
P.S.-My dell reward was deducted but nothing has been charged on my card.
