Order on hold because of a tech issue on Dell's end
I placed an order for an Alienware Aurora r7 through Newegg, and three days later I contacted Dell to ask why my order had not yet gone through. They told me it was because of a payment issue, and to email Dell's Credit Terms Dept. The next rep told me that there was no payment issue, it was a technical error on Dell's end and that they would be working with the back end team to get it fixed. My order has still not been taken off hold, and I have called, emailed, and chatted with numerous Dell Customer Service reps. I really do not want to cancel this order, but I also would really love for this seemingly simple problem to be resolved.
