Order on hold

I am using myus to shipping my items to my current location. But my payment is on hold due to the fact I’m using a myus to sent my item. Is there anything I could do to get this sorted? I’m have been continuously calling dell USA but no1 has picked my call and I have been in call several times but on hold, no one picked up. I have been in calls for least an hour each call.

I finally got in the call with the customer care and they said google pay is having issue in processing payment. So I had to cancel it
