I AM SO HAPPY NOW, we bought a new laptop to our lives, RAZOR BLADE PRO, incredible quality, THX its impressive, yes expensive at 4,500 each.

THE WAY THE CABLE IS 90 DEGREE into the laptop NOT Silly straight out and soon to break cable dell.
We really hated to change from our norm since year 2000. BUT dell has some serious, VERY SEROUS issues with all departments. THis issue is not the first for me, they screwed up 3 times on the last order for software......THIS WAS last straw. They would not listen. We sent emails to every dell department CORP you name it, We got nothing NODDA. ***. Well we got Indians!

I have been buying dell exclusively for years, even for my mom and family. Have 5 chargers that always fit the same dell!
I ordered the maxed out XPS 15 by phone. Talked into credit, approved, then canceled by Credit dept. in India I am guessing. Funny I can buy anything I want on credit if I want, I have great credit and great income. I never want. I don't need credit they talked me into it for small $ back I suppose. I called to by on my CC that is paid in full auto every month. GOT IT.
Dell canceled the order after 2 weeks or so for some stupid reason like my phone digit was wrong. I spent an hour on phone, ended in horrible. SPent hour on chat with a great sounding american guy, even said we would give me his direct number to help! I called the next day after getting clearance from my Direct Officer to use special phone from here in IRAQ BASE. Wasted another hour. Finally told them TO *** OFF LOOSER. Yes not nice, but after all this ***, patience is not granted to IDIOTS IN INDIA that have no idea.
ASK to speak to SUPERVISOR, OH YEA, let me get Manesh to my visor!! HAHA.. phone handed to someone that didn't even want to give their ID number or LAST NAME...
2 weeks go by I tried to order again, new one XPS 15 loaded to max. CAN YOU BELIEVE SAME *** HAPPEND. Felt like i was 19yrs old again and all my lifes MONEY Spent to try to by a laptop I couldn't afford!! hahaha This time KUMAR !! YEA BABY.
SO, What to do, DELL don't care I have bought 7 laptops before, INDIA Service is best they say.
SO SO. I have my GF order it from USA from her NICE home in NICE Neighborhood, yeap shes don't have ANY $$ issues at all. so 2secs and they give her the loan. CAUSE WE WERE GETTING some kind of discount. YEA. THEN DELL INDIA security dept CANCELED HER ORdER. but did not tell her. she had to call cause she didn't get any Tracking NUmber. SO THE CLEARED IT UP RIGHT? NOPE. IT UP RIGHT? NOPE.
Dell canceled and reordered and recycled. Double checked that it was the SPECS i wanted and they agreed.
YES, Item shipped, LATE, and finally came. WRONG. Wrong model, ram, options. I GUESS DELL Tried hard and its well hard to get right these days

NOT A FAT CHANCE IN HELLLi, YOU HAD SO many changes. Its completely the most horrible Customer service from YOU in past few years, not just these 4-6x you totally screwed up. DID YOU HEAR, not 1x, not 2, 4. IT WAS upwards of 5-6x 2 different people, 3 or 4 different orders.
REALLY, don't place stupid. DELL has issues, Dell should fix them.
I am SO happy with my "RAZOR BLADE PR0" and GF is very happy with her RAZOR, and more happy she didn't have to go through DELLHELL again for me.
