is it possible to expedite a ownership transfer ,I bought my laptop on 2 Oct 2018 in the USA,and moved to China, I have recently been experiencing a powerup problem on my Xps 15 9570 ,however when containing Dell China they said I had to pay for repairs for myself, However my laptop is still under warranty, so I was instructed to do.a ownership transfer, but I am left without a working laptop and Dell that I have to wait,this has resulted in me following behind in assignments and will hinder my graduation, is it possible to expedite the transfer to get my laptop fixed asap
Thank you for your message. For an international warranty transfer, the system needs to meet 2 conditions.
1) The system must have a premium onsite warranty.
2)This system model should be released in the region you are moving to.
