Poor Customer Service

I have been a long time Dell customer and am very unhappy with my latest purchase and the run-around that I have gotten from Dell. We purchased an Inspiron 3537 to replace our 5 year old Dell laptop. From day one it has not worked well. The computer freezes it makes funny clicking sounds when typing. I have tried to call Dell on various occasions only to be disconnected or get a "no customer service available" message. Today I spoke to 8 different representatives in 58 minutes with nothing being resolved. I was then disconnected. I expect better from Dell's products and people. I have purchased my last Dell.

If it's been less than 30 days from the date on your Dell invoice, you may return your unit no questions ask for a full refund.
