I purchased dell Laptop in Jan 2018 with a good reputation in mind but it broken, got the bad experience of escalation team and back office manager. After some time of uses of the laptop, there is some problem with Display. I contact customer care office they told that some problem with your display so we change it, after one week they change the Display. but they send me a defective display, there is lots of problems which I face from last month. after many follow up and request my case was handled by escalation team.from 21st of Feb 2018. team senior most manager told me that I will handle your case personally. but still today my problem is not sorted out.I trust Dell for its good quality product and customer friendly service. but i think i m wrong. If you do something pls help to resolve the problem on priority.
