I am very sorry that I have to make this public. I've bought a Dell Aurora back in 2018 which cost me $2700. When I check my credit card, Dell has charged me twice by mistake and I have been actively reaching out to Dell. I have been facing the double-charging issue since December 2018 and it still has not been resolved. It has been 1 plus year and my case has been transferred frm teams to teams and for the past 4 months there has been no response despite my constant emails...
Has anyone face such issue for that long? Are there any viable solution for you guys?
