Reply: Start your own thread...

Because some people that have working computers...(ahem) don't like the truth and don't like seeing the truth across their screen have told me not to reply to other frustrated customers like myself...here it is! I wont buy another single item from Dell and it's 99% because of the horrible customer service I received on 12/21/2014 and 12/22/2014. Thanks for your Concern. Merry Christmas Dell.

Now that you have started a thread, would you like to go into detail about what happened on December 21/22? If you can provide some details, I would like to investigate. Just a summation out here.
