Returning a laptop batery

I initiated a return for a laptop battery that I purchased.  I received a Return Request Confirmation with a return date of 3/29/14 and a status of Processing.  The receipt said I would receive a followup email and further instructions with-in 30 minutes.  5 days later, I'm still waiting on the email with further instructions.
