Setting up Dell Financial Services Profile is vexing me : )
I cannot seem to figure out where to find the information to set up my DFS account. There is no invoice to refer to, and no way to make a payment on my recent purchase.
In addition, I selected 'expedited shipping' only to then realize that the mouse was being shipped separately from the laptop and so there appears to be a $15.00 charge for that instead of them being shipped at the same time.
I have my order number, and all of that. I just can't talk to a human to clear this up. I just get a frustrating telephone message tree that leads to nowhere.
