I purchased a laptop one week ago and now it hasn't been shipped yet. I have contacted customer service and they told me that I could get my laptop before the estimated delivery time (4/6/2020) usually. But now I really doubt that. Why the shipping is so slow?

I got this problem too, my order was suppose to be shipped out on 17th. Till now, it was not shipped. The status just keep showing me CONFIRMED. The customer service told me that my desktop was being quality check. But I don’t think it is gonna take more than one week. But laptop is different than a desktop. Just call them, maybe they just canceled your order without telling you.
