I purchased my first and last laptop from Dell. It has been nothing but a pain since I purchased it. It keeps failing, and I have been contacting costumer services for months and months at this point. I event sent my laptop in, and it was claimed to be fixed. It still doesn't work. Now, they are telling me to send it in and it will be an upwards of $200 because it is out of warranty. Why am I paying for something that was incorrectly fixed the first time???? Someone please help or direct me to someone who can.
