Superb capable customer service.

Purchased Inspiron Touchpad and Tower both at Office Depot. Warrantees had run out. Dell support assistance was immediately totally engaged. Fixed the problem, checked the unit. Spent over two hours. Charge was reasonable but I felt I wanted complete coverage on both. I did. Since the Touchpad needed a new board, Expertly handled online, then mailed and returned in less than a week. I need a more robust PC at home for Stock Market Software and multiple open windows. I am gladly going to get a Dell. I think I will not get the Asurion coverage from Office Depot but immediately sign up with Dell support Assistant. 

I'm sorry others are frustrated and yes a Supervisor even got on the line/helped with little wait time. I'm 5 stars for Dell.
