I ordered DELL LAPTOP from Dell WEBSITE on 24/OCT/2020
For MY BROTHER STUDY PURPOSE .My brother this time,he is appearing to EXAM on JANUARY.
I received the Delivery on 31/OCT/2020.

I reveived DAMAGED HARDWARE.
Soon After I have started LAPTOP is NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
on 2/NOV/2020 HARD DRIVE,SPEAKERS,WINDOWS FILES are NOT OPENING PROPERLY.
I raised COMPLIANT<Non-public info removed>
EVEN I went to DELL AUTHENTION SERVICE CENTER.
THEY are also mentioned the same PROBLEM which I mention above
I requested for RETURN it.
THOUGH there is NO Foult FROM MY SIDE.
They are telling "WE CAN ONLY REFUND THE MONEY WITH 15% DEDUCTION"
ESCALATION TEAM is responding.since Monday
and Customer Supporter is goes on tell
WE will update you since 5th NOV.
THERE IS NO SINGLE ERROR FROM MY SIDE..
DELL is BEHAVING LIKE THIS.
I thought DELL has best service provider
BUT after experience I'm losing TRUST on DELL

Hard DRIVES and Speakers are Crashed
THAT's what the technical service provider and DELL service Center(in HYD)
tells..IT is already VERIFIED that THEY are not working
No I can't trust the laptop.
That's why I raised the issue for system replacement..
No one is responding in time.
I didn't had any solution in my problem. After waiting for more than 10 days
When this so called escalation team will contact me..No one knows
since MONDAY I'm herding the same WORDS but CONCLUSION had been made
