Have written several emails to firstname.lastname@example.org to claim the tax refund for the exempt orders I placed with Dell small business during the past 1-2 months. I emailed them with the proper tax form and a letter from the state comptroller validating the organization's tax exempt status. However, I only got auto-reply emails saying they gonna take care of my case, but after that I never receive any feedback as well as my money.
At least attach the new customer id to my account in order to avoid future tax charge on my orders.
