The Dell repair service has damaged my laptop!

One month ago, my laptop had a warning from the Dell detection software, so Dell sent someone to check the problem. He changed the cooling system and memory.

But today I just found he damaged one of the bolts! And there is a huge gap between the bottom cover and the keyboard surface!
