The worst customer exp of any company in my life.

I called about a hidden anti virus fee sub [Mcafee] for  43.85 and the treatment i received was terrible.  The first guy called himself eric and could barely speak english. He was rude to me and hung up phone. I called back and got same guy and he put me on hold and left me there. Then i called back again and got a girl who said she new who i was and asked if i wanted to speak with manager. Then another guy gets on claming to be a manager,and is a bit combative. He kept speaking over me,finally he said he would refund the money for the sub but kept saying 40 instead of 43.85 which is exact amount. Then he passes phone back to women who did the same thing. I simply told her that i would reach out to american branch and ended call. I just spent 895$ and i am treated like a piece of garbage.

 

The time  was roughly about 8 pm est [nyc] incase any one in this company actually cares to check the phone recordings.
