The worst customer service in all my life, #2

I have same issue. Looking for Canadian Ombudsman for Dell, without any success.

I have a laptop under warranty. I purchased it for my 7 years old so. I paid for it almost 1000 dollars. It was christmas that I bought it, he used it for 2 weeks and touchpad not working properly, or NOT working at all. 

Trying my hardest to reach a solution since February, YES almost 4 months. This is ridiculous. They just push you from department to department.

I don't understand, no information for Ombudsman, no phone number to headquarter, and you get absolutely no where.

Taking a kid savings for his christmas laptop. Way to go Dell.
