We received a U2518D that had a crack right out of the box. After calling our representative, we were sent to Dell Support whom we have spoken to on numerous occasions. By now, it has been past 30 days, but we're still stuck with a cracked U2518D. Dell dropped the ball really bad on this one. We initially reached out to Dell but they kept saying they would get back with us, or just kept transferring us to other departments who then blame the problem on another department. At what point can we just get this U2518D replaced? Again, it was broken right out of the box.
