Dear all,
I have accidently damaged the screen at the bottom that resulted in multi-colored vertical lines and screen fracture on running from top to bottom of the screen on the RH side. Is there a way to change the screen or a new monitor will be required?

Accidental damage coverage is available for systems, but not for monitors.
The latter -- damaged screens are not replaceable from either a practical or an economic standpoint.

Please check invoice of Dell U4320Q or if purchased with Dell PC to see if Dell warranty included accidental damage.

Hello I have the same issue with this same Model DellU4320Q, How this issue is being solved?
The only solution is that you will need to purchase a replacement monitor.
