Bought an UltraSharp U2419HC in late August.
Last week it developed really bad Ghosting issues.
I spent HOURS and HOURS on the phone and chatting with Dell support.
The system hung up on me multiple times.
Multiple techs hung up on me.
Multiple Techs wouldn't help me unless I had "Blue Screen Error Codes" for my Monitor.. Let that sink in for a second or two...
Eventually Dell shipped me a replacement. THE REPLACEMENT WAS ALSO BAD!
Try to contact support again, another two hours fighting to speak with somebody that can help me.
I'm now being told that the monitor I have on hand doesn't match the service tag of the monitor I was shipped. See Below.
I guess I'm being punished for giving Dell my money?
Just an update and a bump. It's been five days and I'm still nowhere with this.
Again, Dell isn't honoring their warranty on a six month old monitor.
