I purchased an Inspiron 5559 new from Staples here in the USA 3-4 months ago. However, the Dell support site tells me that the Service Tag is unknown. How can I get this resolved so I can make use of support?
I found another link for retail registration. Doing so and entering my service tag immediately says:
This PC has already been registered.
It then says if info needs to be updated to use the Support->Warranty method to do so or transfer ownership. Going to that site and entering my service tag gets me:
Invalid Service Tag
Looks like I'll need your assistance. Thanks
