V725w printer trouble again
Last contact with Lorna M a few months ago and i'm having trouble with my printer again. Trying to get help online and being told that my warranty has expired. It has not and warranty is good till June 2015.

Let's double check on the warranty....
Go here and do the following as I wrote it.

* Insert the service tag
* Click Submit
* If the service tag is valid, it will show data:
Model:
Service Tag:
Ship Date:
* By the "Warranty end date:", you may need to click on "Verification required"
* You should now be able to see the Start and End dates for the purchased warranty period.
What is the expiration date?

Service Tag: removed
Ship date: 8/8/2013
Warranty end date: 6/7/2015
