Vostro 5481, need repair invoice

I have had a horrible experience going through your IVR's to find the right person to talk to regarding my issue. I have very basic request but it turned out be a nightmare talking to so many agents who keep putting you to one agent after another. I am hoping someone will pick it up from here to help.
 

I had taken my laptop for repair to one of your authorized service center.

My issue was resolved by the center. When I asked for the invoice they said Dell would send the invoice and payment acknowledgement to my email. It has been 13 days now and I'm still waiting for the invoice. I tried reaching your customer care and it has been a nightmare.

Hello John,

These things seem to take them weeks to process. 

Keep an eye on your junk folder also. Hopefully you should receive it soon.
