WANT MY MONEY BACK

I  made a purchase a month ago on Jun. 14 and i cancelled the order on the same date, but i still havent get my money back yet. I called the customer service so many time and kept saying that they already send the money back. i thought it will take no more than a month ,but where is my money? this is so frustrated.the total amount i spent is 1173.13.  i really want my money back. what should i do?  please help me!!!
