WARRANTY TRANSFER (CHANGE IN LOCATION OVERSEAS)

I am currently working here in qatar and I have an XPS15 Dell Laptop (bought in the Philippines) in which the screen was severely damaged at the edge. I wanted the damaged parts to be replaced in a Dell Authorized Service Provider. However in order to avail that, I need a successful warranty transfer which I just applied last 19th Ocotber.  I want to know any update on the status of the transfer. Service Tag is .

You won't get accidental damage like this repaired under warranty - and transferring a warranty requires that Dell have an official corporate presence for support in your location -- if that's Qatar, Dell has no official presence.  All warranty/repair is through dealers there - contact your local dealer for an estimate on the cost of the repair. 

Warranty repair would require a return of the system to the Philippines.
