Waited 30 days for Laptops and orders canceled

We ordered 4 pre black friday Latitude laptops on November 20th and now they have been canceled.  I know for a fact that 9 days after we purchased these laptops that Dell was still selling the same model number and now they are all out of stock and have canceled my ordered.  Spent hours on the phone with Dell Support and sales and no one seems to be able to help me.  I guess it doesn't matter if you have been ordering dell products for 19 years or not for your businesses or at least that is my impression so far.  Second impression is if they run a sale good luck in them honoring that pricing and actually shipping the product.  My only guess is that someone really messed up here with available inventory but that is not an excuse for them to not honor their word on this...Very frustrating and thinking about switching over to HP and i was a diehard Dell fan.  Way to go Dell!
