I recently ordered a customized Alienware X51 desktop for a total of $1239. After I was charged my order was placed in a pending status due an error on my billing information (which was a mistake made on my part). I received several emails informing me of the issue and attempted to contact the customer service center to correct the problem. But unfortunately my experience with customer service was less than desirable and I was unable to resolve the problem. I then received another email informing me that if this issue was not resolved within 1 business day that my order may be canceled, which is what ended up happening. My order is now canceled (and has been for a few days now) and my money has yet to be refunded to me.
