Walsh western International Track & Trace has not updated.

I live in Ireland and  ordered an Alienware 14 on the 10th of November and dell has built and shipped it on the 13th of November.

its due to arrive on the 25th of November.

however the  Walsh western International Track & Trace still shows:

13/11/13  15:45  CHINA   DEPARTED MANU.FACILITY  

13/11/13  07:45  PENDING.

given I have heard bad things about Walsh western International, will my laptop arrive on the 25th? as i am with out a computer and need one for college.
