Was sold the wrong laptop battery twice

I bought the first laptop battery using the DELL Wizard, I wanted a "good" battery for my Latitude laptop. I have had Dell laptops for 20 years and it boggles my mind they cannot sell you the correct battery. The company has really downgraded their customer service. I called technical support the 2nd time to get a correct part number. After an hour phone call repeating my service tag and customer details and first order number numerous times, I purchased a second battery. It arrived today and is the exact same wrong battery as the first one. I give up. I just ordered an OEM battery off AMAZON, at least I will get it tomorrow...
