What does the Hardware Warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service cover?

I'm in the process of buying a Dell laptop. But I'm not sure about the warranty options. What does the "Hardware Warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis" cover? For example does this cover accidental damage from drops? If not, what is the cheapest warranty which also covers accidental damage?

_OCB,

The Hardware Warranty with Onsite/In-Home Service after Remote Diagnosis" is when you call into Dell with a specific hardware problem. Dell Technical Support will then connect to your computer, and if possible, resolve the issue. If they cannot connect to it, but can determine the hardware that is faulty, they will then setup service to have a onsite technician come to your house to replace the part.

You will need to purchase the additional "ADS (Accidental Damage Service)" warranty that covers your computer for anything that is broken including drops, spills etc.
