What a terrible company. I was promised two free game codes with a value of $120.00 with my $2k purchase. Never received the codes. Also this is itemized on invoice- Item - 800-BBKE. Contact dell support.. they "Send a request" I hear back nothing for a week. Then Dell's website for customer support goes down for a week. So I call. Get someone who I can barely understand who tells me someone will call me in 24 hours. NO phone call. So I e-mail. I am then told my order is not in the promotion period for that item. But the promo is still listed on the website to this date? and it is on my invoice? I have contacted an agency as well as sent transcripts of all the useless dell support tech's across the sea. Will continue my social media campaign.
