I've purchased the brand new Alienware Aurora R11, however, I did not receive my rewards. prior to purchase, it asked me to log in to join through Rewards, which I did. However, there was no email stating that my rewards will arrive anytime soon. It's either me or something wrong w/ the Dell site on occasion(s). I'm hoping a representative can assist on this matter, because what's the point of having a rewards category if none of the customer(s) can get any rewards to begin with.
