cant print invoice
I am hoping someone can help me with this. I have tried calling in but no one seems to know what a Dell partner ID is. I keep getting routed to different departments. I have never had this pop up before nor have I ever been given a "Dell partner id".
Just want to print the invoice of a tv purchase I made! I can log into my account but cant access invoice
Pop says I must provide partner id to view invoice,
getting frustrated at Dell.

You shouldn’t be asked for a partner ID unless the purchase is made from a retailer.
