is there an exchange policy?

My desktop is experiencing technical difficulties and I was wondering if I can exchange my desktop i bought 2 weeks ago for a brand new one. I really just wnat to avoid the hassle of customer service. Any opinions will help thanks!

The following is Dell's Exchange policy:

"Per the warranty agreement on the Dell Sales site, the customer agrees to troubleshoot the computer issues with Dell Technical Support. No system exchange
will be offered until we make at least three attempts to fix the issues via online troubleshooting or parts replacements".

Interesting. I will add that to KB. It's almost like that page is contrary to the other agreement. Researching.
