managing communications from dell

I recently changed my email and successfully made the change to logon to my Dell account.  I now can use the new email to login to my dell account.  However I keep getting e-mails from Dell sent to my old e-mail account.  I do not know how to make the change so the Dell e-mails go to my new e-mail account.  I have clicked on my account, then settings, then under contact preferences clicked on manage communications from Dell.  Then I get a page that shows this

We're Sorry An error occurred while processing your request

Should I be accessing another link?  I like seeing what is new in case I want to change my current Dell machines or buy other stuff but the old e-mail will be gone soon.  How do I change the e-mail messages are being sent to?
