order returned, gift card credit still on hold

I bought LG television and it's returned to seller suddenly.

It's really annoying but the worst part is that g.c. credits are still on hold and useless dell rep. keep saying that I need to contact order verification dept. for removing hold.

I want dell to fire all of representative says like that without making a least effort to resolve issues.

For it is to hard to make a call for me, I suggest Dell to call back to me.
