our custom-built item is complete, but not yet shipped

I see my order as Your custom-built item is complete since yesterday.

When should I expect this to ship?

Contact customer support with your order number.  Mine has been like that for 5 days.  I contacted them and asked the same thing and they told me it is in fact not complete and that they cannot build it because of a parts shortage. Its very misleading.

This is not very encouraging. Will wait for done I've fin Dell to check and revert.

Hi girshku,

Since this order is already showing as manufacturing complete, the order will be placed on the shuttle from the manufacturer and routed to the merge center for preparation to the final destination. At this point you are still waiting for the tracking information to become available.
